Eating Breakfast

I am shocked at how many people forget how important it is to eat breakfast every morning. I am aware that some people do not enjoy eating in the monring, but it is one of the most important meals of the day!

How can eating breakfast help you lose weight? A question that is very valid and indeed is worth an answer! By eating when you first get up in the morning, you're jump starting your metabolism from sleep, which helps your body start burning calories from the moment you're out of bed!!!

I suggest eating fruits, whole wheat bread, whole grain cereal, but not eggs, or any meat for breakfast (too heavy for that early). Don't forget a glass of fresh squeezed organe juice and LOTS of water!!
